We inspired to French tradition, due to the many courses and training that we attended in Paris, where we did our best to learn the secrets to make croissants, macarones and Dacquoises, which represent the highest French pastry.
Moreover, we learned the art of decorating, which helped us improve the way our products look like. Finally, we attended special courses in Rome in order to refine the techniques required to make Italian classic pastry such as:
- Tiramisù: Mascarpone cheese, craft espresso and handmade sponge cake
- Grandma’s cake: Bio eggs cream and Italian pine nuts
- Ricotta cheese cakes: they evoke the Roman tradition; enriched with sour cherries or fig and almonds
We also offer a large variety of spicy biscuits that will let you recall our ice creams ingredients like sage, lavender, mint, cinnamon and chilly.
